While chilling with our coffee, I saw this little girl having her gelato cone with a face painting. She had the whole face painted as a tiger and it got me so excited, I went up to ask where she did it at. Apparently there was some festival taking place on Repulse Bay so off we headed down. Sadly the face painting booth was already closed so no silly face drawings for me but at least we managed to soaked some carnival vibes! With the Hong kong Sevens 2014 (finals today!), it has been all Rugby Football everywhere~
