The weather this afternoon was the warmest since I've arrived, perfect for hanging out with cousin Rebecca at an ice-cream parlour. Feels so nice to finally be able to take things slow and chill with this sister, knowing that we can (and will) always meet up during my time over here unlike the usual so-much-fun-but-running-out-of-time meet ups during our holiday visits. Already invited for her to come over tomorrow evening for a salmon feast! Yes, aunt Nora was telling us about the legendary story of them preparing the different parts and cuts of this whole huge salmon in all the various ways - sashimi, grilled, salt-baked... and ended off with the note that an ordered had been placed and the fish will be ready for collection tomorrow. Oh and who would've thought that I would be able to catch up with Ting, who just so happened to be holidaying around the corner, in Hong Kong! P.S. The temperature dropped a lot once the sun was down. Getting used to taking note of the weather forecast every morning and I get the Score! feeling at the end of the day when I did prepare well i.e. clothed accurately.
